Celebrity Skin Has White Chat?

Design and Skin Customization

Zachary Moonshine:
lol ok i think i just fixed this myself i copied the chat css code from the dark skin in audio pro and pasted it at the bottom of the skin css for celebrity and now it looks great like this. will this change when the skin updates i guess i should clone this skin when i get done with editing it.

You should really clone it first and then edit it.

You answered your own question though. ;)

FoxyCart or PayPal

Using Jamroom

The FoxyCart modules will give you more options than the PayPal module and you can setup FoxyCart to use PayPal as well.

Hope this helps!

Where can i locate the Form Builder Files ?

Design and Skin Customization

duke:
Hi, where can i find the .tpl files that are created when i build a page ?

I'm not exactly sure what you mean here, are you building pages with the SiteBuilder module?

What exactly are you trying to modify?

Thanks!

Adding text choices to the editor?

Design and Skin Customization

K_K:
Sorry, where the form_editor.tpl is? Could not find it in ACP nor looking via SFTP.

It is in your modules/jrCore/templates folder, or your sites ACP > Core > System Core > Templates section.

Hope this helps!

How can I change the font color of the byline in the chat?

Using Jamroom

theartsherpa:
I am in need of making the font of the byline in chat slighter darker and easier to read. Could someone please advise where or how to go about changing the chat byline font color?

Go to your skins style tab, click the "Untagged" tab and select the jrChat.css from the "Style Section" drop down.

The rule you want to modify is the .jrchat-msg-byline.

Hope this helps!

How to set default profile index?

Design and Skin Customization

Just saw the PM you sent me, I don't usually check PM's, so I should have been more clear on where to send that information, sorry about that.

Just looked at your Profile Tweaks module, and all of your quotas are allowed to change the default index, if you want to force a profile index, you may want to uncheck that box for that quota.

I'd test it for you but I'm not sure which quota your wanting to do this on.

Hope this helps!

How to set default profile index?

Design and Skin Customization

Here is what I did, just want to be sure we are on the same page with the steps taken, and I'm not seeing any issues.

1. Went to ACP > Profiles > Profile Tweaks > Quota Config
2. Changed to my members quota from the Selected Quota drop down.
3. Unchecked the Allow Custom Index checkbox
4. Selected the Default Profile Index from the drop down selection ( I chose blog ).
5. Saved Changes.
6. Reset Cache.

Now for all of the profiles in my members quota the blog is the profile index.

Note that if the profile does not have access to a module, ie. jrAudio, then you can't select audio as the index for those profiles.

Also make sure your up-to-date on all your modules/skins.

Let me know if that works for you.

Hope this helps!

Simple Chat Auto Scroll

Using Jamroom

I believe every time you update the chat module, you and your users should clear your browser cache, you may want to add that to your sites FAQ or something like that.

I'm not seeing that issue on my end.

Hope this helps!

How to set default profile index?

Design and Skin Customization

In your ACP > Profiles > Profile Tweaks > Quota Config, uncheck the Allow Custom Index for the quota you want to control the index page for, then set the index in the Default Profile Index and save changes.

You may need to reset your cache as well.

Hope this helps!
